The mental performance assessment is a series of questions that asks you to pick a number between 1 and 7. Simply click on your answer. You'll get the most out of the assessment by answering honestly.
The mental performance assessment measures 22 areas of mental performance including confidence, self-talk, resilience, motivation, emotional regulation and more.
You will primarily learn 2 things: your strength areas and your growth areas. You can lean on your unique strengths to help you overcome obstacles, and, you will discover what your "growth areas" are.
Different people take different amounts of time. There is no correct answer, however, it could range from 10 minutes to 15 minutes.
